Welcome to Gemtree Hunt. These Terms of Service "Terms" govern your access to and use of the Gemtree Hunt website gemtreehunt.com, which offers a prize-based question competition Service. By participating, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
1. Introduction
Tackle 100 questions correctly to secure the Gem Tree, a marvel adorned with a 3 CT natural blue diamond, a 1 CT red diamond, a yellow diamond, alongside 600 CTS of moissanite, 1 kg of .999 pure silver, and 5 grams of pure 24kt gold. Disassembled, the tree's components boast a value closer to quarter of a million dollars. Best of luck to all participants.
2. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the revised Terms on the Website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Website after such changes have been posted signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Services Description
Gemtreehunt provides a web interface for users to access and interact with our quiz page Engage by purchasing questions, which witch you can copy and paste to remain with you to use and explore even beyond the competition's scope. Correct answers reward you with additional questions, enriching your personal or professional projects. Navigate cautiously! Each incorrect answer deducts a credit, while each correct one propels you forward, inching you closer to the grand prize.
4. Eligibility
By using the Website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from using the services under applicable law. You also confirm that you are not located in or a citizen of a country that is embargoed or that has been designated by any governmental body as a "terrorist supporting" country.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents, including technologies, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Gemtreehunt.com and you may keep your purchased questions to use royalty free. Also by posting content on the Website, you grant Gemtreehunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Website's services.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that would violate the rights of others or that is illegal, abusive, disruptive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Website's security, integrity, or public reputation.
7. Compliance and Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Website and for any tax obligations incurred through your activities on the Website.
8. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with hackers and/or identity theft if website was ever compromised.

or leveraging the services provided by gemtreehunt. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any breach of these Terms, any misuse of the Website, or any action taken by gemtreehunt as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of these Terms or as a result of its finding or decision that a violation of these Terms has occurred. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Website.
14. Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
